Are we allowed to have alcohol?
Residents ARE able to bring their own alcohol to events. We are NOT able to purchase, provide, or serve alcohol, however, if a vendor purchases and serves, that is OK. If we allow a vendor to serve, we need to take extra precautions to make sure these events are monitored and managed to reduce any potential risk.
SOCi: SOCIAL, LISTING + REPUTATION MANAGEMENT
SOCi will post 5 times per month for each property:
- 3 traffic-driving posts
- 1 hyper-localized post
- 1 lifestyle post
Please schedule your event photos through SOCi for Marketing to approve.
Submit all events using the link below so Marketing can create graphics.
